For the next installment in our Litigation Skills Series, we’ll teach how to use visuals in and out of court. Whether you’re presenting to a jury, judge, government agency, or colleagues, this course will help you design and use images to more effectively communicate key messages.
The course will be taught by Kerri Ruttenberg, head of litigation for the DC office of Jones Day. Kerri also wrote Images with Impact: Design and Use of Winning Trial Visuals. Kerri will discuss why visual communication matters; how to design and use common visual tools like maps, timelines, photographs, charts, and graphs; and the basics of graphic design and editing. She’ll also help you spot misleading visuals and discuss the benefits of low- vs. high-tech presentations.
CLE credit is pending and not guaranteed in California, New York, and Virginia.
